Training Aiming

So, how do you train your aiming?
Just playing?
Playing at ETPro servers?
Pick a spot, move and shoot?
Changing aiming settings?

I do train by playing ETPro/ETmain, cross hair is small, so harder headshots than at tiny.
And sometimes putting higher sensitivity.
And i don't always try shoot head, i just try keep aim at upperbody (at sniping mostly head.)
